After you have selected a product and now wish to purchase the same, you must first register with Ampelmann as a new customer. For this purpose, details of your full name, your e-mail address, your postal address, telephone number and also a password chosen by you are necessary. This data is stored by us on specially protected servers. Access to the same is only possible for a few, specially authorised persons who are involved with the technical, commercial or editorial care of the server. In the case of a further purchase, the details of your e-mail address and the entering of a password are then sufficient in order to log in once more.
The data necessary for the processing of the transaction (name, address) may possibly be passed on to affiliated companies (e.g. transport companies) within the framework of processing the order for the purpose of ensuring a fast and correct execution of your order. These companies will handle your data with care and correctly; a storage or passing on of the data for purposes other than the execution of your order is precluded by contract.
Electronic data necessary for payment by credit card, in particular the credit card data itself, is not stored at any time. In processing the data, your interests which require to be protected are observed in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Should a user repeatedly contravene the conditions of use published on our page at another place, we shall have the right to block his access to the Ampelmann Shop without further notice, and to forward his data for the purpose of criminal pursuit.
From time to time, Ampelmann may, without prior notice, extend or change the manner in which we handle your personal data. We shall notify you hereof in a personal e-mail, irrespective of whether you have subscribed to a newsletter service or not.
