Please note following aspects when
returning your parcel:
When returning the parcel please make
sure to pay the shipping costs!
If the value of your order was up
to 40,00 €, and the products correspond to the ones listed on your order form,
you are to pay the shipping costs yourself.
If the value of your order was more
than 40,00 €, or the return is due to a valid customer complaint, we will take
care of the shipping costs. In this case, please send the package free of
porterage, so that we can pay for the parcel upon arrival.
Please also attach a short notice
with the reason for return, a photocopy of the bill, and your telephone number
or email address for further queries, should there be any.
