Where can I enter my voucher code?

You can redeem your voucher code in the shopping cart (top right).
The field is located above the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Please confirm your entry by clicking on geen the tick.

What is the difference between shipping with DHL and PIN?

In addition to classic parcel shipping with DHL, we also offer inexpensive letter shipping with PIN in Germany and the EU. When sending letters with a PIN, the items must not exceed a certain size (35x25x5cm) and a certain weight (1kg).
If you do not see shipping with a PIN, or if you get a message that PIN shipping is not available, your order can only be shipped as a package.
Please note that there is no shipment tracking when shipping with a PIN. Your order will be treated like a letter and delivered to the mailbox.

Who can I contact in case of a complaint?

In the event that the purchased goods are defective or faulty, please contact us directly by email or telephone.

After presenting a photo and the receipt or invoice, we will usually send you a new item. A return of the defective goods is usually not necessary.

Can I purchase a license for the East German traffic light man?
