Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience with us as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, you can choose from the following payment methods:

Payment via PayPal (PayPal)

When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's payment form after submitting your order. If you already have a PayPal account, log in. Otherwise, click on "Create Account" and follow the instructions. Within seconds, we will receive your payment and the goods can be dispatched immediately, subject to availability.
Your PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.

Payment via Credit or Debit Card (PayPal Plus)

When paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), you will be automatically and securely redirected to the payment dialog (external payment page). For this payment method, you do not need a PayPal account or login. Card processing is handled by PayPal. With this payment method, you incur no additional costs from us or the payment service provider.

Payment via SEPA Direct Debit (PayPal Plus)

After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to an external page of the payment service provider PayPal. Afterwards, you can enter your bank details there. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be created. The direct debit is processed by PayPal. With this payment method, you incur no additional costs from us or the payment service provider.

Purchase on Invoice (PayPal Plus)

When choosing Purchase on Invoice, you will be automatically and securely redirected to the payment dialog (external payment page). For this payment method, you do not need a PayPal account or login. The payment service provider conducts a risk assessment upon selecting Purchase on Invoice. This may involve obtaining credit checks in real time. If you do not pass this assessment, you will be informed during the ordering process. AMPELMANN GmbH has no influence on this decision. You will receive a separate payment receipt with the bank details of the payment service provider (PayPal). The payment term is 30 days from the order date. If you have any questions regarding a payment, please contact PayPal (Tel: 0800-7234730, only for invoice purchases via PayPal Plus). With this payment method, you incur no additional costs from us or the payment service provider.

WARNING: Purchase on Invoice via PayPal Plus is available only to private buyers. Commercial orders with a commercial or company address are not possible.

Payment via SOFORT Transfer (Klarna GmbH)

When paying with SOFORT Transfer as your payment method, you will be automatically and securely redirected to the payment dialog of Klarna GmbH (external payment page). Here, you select your bank and log in with your usual online banking credentials. At the end, you authorize the transfer using a TAN. You can optionally have a transaction confirmation sent to you. The billing management is handled by our payment service provider, Klarna. Klarna is a TÜV-certified payment system. This confirms that your security when paying with Klarna is fully guaranteed. With this payment method, you incur no additional costs from either us or the payment service provider.
