Discounts and promotions for our newsletter subscribers may be time-limited and apply only to selected items. They are available only while supplies last and may require a voucher code. In such cases, the discount is applied exclusively by entering the voucher code during checkout. A combination with other promotions, vouchers, or already discounted items is not possible (except for AMPELMANN gift vouchers).
If a minimum order value is required, this is €35.00. Unless otherwise stated, each voucher code can only be used once per customer. The discount can only be applied during checkout and will not be refunded retroactively. In the case of returns, only the actual amount paid will be refunded, and the discount will expire accordingly.
