As soon as a shipment could not be delivered successfully and is therefore sent back to us, you will automatically receive a refund from us excluding the shipping costs.
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery are:
- No access to the building
- No name tag on the doorbell
- Recipient may have moved
- Parcel was not picked up in time at the post office
- Recipient's address is incomplete

Returns
If you would like to return or exchange something from your order, simply send us an email with the completed returns form to webshop@ampelmann.de.
Please note our return conditions:
- ✔ Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- ✔ Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- ✔ Food and hygiene products are excluded from exchange.
- ✔ Return costs: Free of charge within Germany.
After we have personally checked your form, you will receive your DHL postage label by email.
