As soon as a shipment could not be delivered successfully and is therefore sent back to us, you will automatically receive a refund from us excluding the shipping costs.
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery are:
- no access to the building
- no name tag on the doorbell
- Recipient may have moved
- Parcel was not picked up in time at the post office
- Recipient's address is incomplete

If you would like to return or exchange something from your order, simply send us an email with your order number to webshop@ampelmann.de.
Important: We offer free returns only within Germany. Please understand that food and hygiene products are excluded from exchanges.
