We ship CO² neutral. All packages are shipped up to a total weight of 31.5kg.

To ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please note the following order deadlines:

  • Non-EU countries: Order by Thursday, December 5th at the latest.
  • EU countries*: Order by Thursday, December 12th at the latest.
  • National: Order by Thursday, December 19th at the latest.

  • DHL bulky goods €25 (only for our deck chairs - delivery time up to 7 business days)
  • PIN Mail €1.95 (compact items up to 1kg only - delivery time up to 7 business days)

European Union (EU countries)

  • DHL Premium €14.95 / free shipping on orders over €150 (delivery time up to 10 business days)

If a shipment cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to us, you will automatically receive a refund, excluding the shipping costs.

Reasons for unsuccessful delivery include:

  • no access to the building
  • no name on the doorbell
  • recipient has moved
  • package not picked up from the post office in time
  • recipient’s address is incomplete

To make your purchase from us as convenient and uncomplicated as possible, you can choose between the following payment methods:
